Refund policy

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy:

  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Exchange are only accepted with in 7 days of purchase.
  • Only defected, and wrong pieces send by us can be exchanged.
  • No exchange on size issues untill wrong size has been sended by us.
  • Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
  • Customer have to pay dc if they want their item to get exchanged.
     
    Return Via Courier:
  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and share your order details and issue.
  • Our team will verify the claim and arrange return shipping.
  • Item must be packed with order slip , original labels, and tags.
  • Once received, a replacement or apporpirate resolution will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  •  If you receive any a damaged, incorrect or defective item Veer clothings will cover the return shipping cost.
  • A replacement, exchange pr apporpriate resolution will be provided.
  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery through our customer support.

Process of Online Exchange
The online exchange process typically takes 7-10 days to complete after verification. For in-store exchanges, customers must present the original invoice with all tags intact on the purchased item. If the item is defective or incorrect, Veerclothing.com will arrange for a pickup from the customer’s doorstep.


Items Not Allowed for Exchange

  • Articles purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Fragrances, cosmetics, and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged.

Note: Exchanges for sale orders will only be entertained for valid reasons and may take longer than usual.


International Orders
At present, Veerclothing.com does not offer an exchange/return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care department for assistance.

Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them as evidence. This will help us resolve complaints efficiently in case of incorrect or damaged items.


Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS, including your COD amount and order tracking ID. After delivery, the exchange policy will apply.

Veerclothing.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

    • The item is out of stock.
    • Pricing errors.
    • Payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
